OGHA Coach Application for Tier 1-A teams for the 2019-20 season

The BOD is accepting applications for our AA teams for next year.  We will be accepting applications for Peewee AA, Bantam AA, Midget AA and Intermediate AA.  
All are encouraged to apply, however, the BOD will give preference to non-parent coaches, especially those who are female, during this selection process. 
Please note that to coach Bantam AA or higher a coach must have an HP1 certification (see below)  
Required Certifications    
  Head Coach Assistant Coach
Peewee AA Development 1- Trained Coach 2 - Trained
Bantam AA HP1* Coach 2 - Trained
Midget AA HP1* Coach 2 - Trained
Intermediate HP1* Coach 2 - Trained
*HP1 certification : The coach must have, or be willing to take prior to rostering the AA team in early August, the HP1 certification. 
In submitting an application we are looking for the following information:
-Previous coaching experience
-List of coaching certifications
-How do you feel that you could aid in OGHA player development as the Head Coach of a 67s team (above and beyond following the OGHA Affiliation Policy)?
-Future Coaching aspirations
-Let us know whom you would include as your proposed assistant coaches
Please provide 3 references: one from a parent of a girl you have coached, one from a coaching peer and one from a mentor.
Please submit applications to by Midnight on Friday December 7.  We will look to conduct interviews the following week and announce the coaches before Christmas.
