The OGHA is offering free Skills Development to all competitive players within the association with the opportunity to reinforce their puck and skating skills in a fast-paced practice environment.
These sessions will be held every Wednesday (17:15 – 18:15) at Richcraft Sensplex and are designed to keep players from all levels in the competitive stream active while developing their skating, passing, and shooting skills. Efficiently run drills will allow players to build confidence in their skills, and see how much more fun you can have in both practices and games!
If you are interested in attending these sessions, you must email Vince in advance and confirm your spot to ensure we do not have too many (or too few) players attending. We would like to keep the numbers between 20 – 25 skaters.
For more information please contact Vince Ippolito at email@example.com or 613-462-4254
For House League players please contact Vince directly to discuss alterative options.

The services provided by Canadian Strength coaches are comprehensive in nature. We begin by conducting an athlete’s evaluation by analyzing and studying athletic abilities, body mechanics, muscular imbalances, and dynamic power directly related to their sport. This identifies each individual’s weakness and allows our coaches to design a tailored conditioning program that will target the specific performance goals of each individual.
